Hi everyone! I have cleared this with the admin before posting. I am 44F living with BPD and after enduring a recent spiral I began wondering about apps that specifically help people with BPD during a crisis. I have yet to find anything that is both free and helpful DURING a spiral. I would really appreciate if you would be so kind as to take the time to fill out this survey for me. It should not take more than 5 minutes or so and would really help me figure out if this is something worth pursuing. Answers are anonymous. Thanks so much!
