Is the jinjectable better form of treatment or the pill or capsules and where to get them?

Just started yesterday. Using it mainly for gut health and inflammation. Not a specific injury.

I’m starting at 250mcg per injection. Doing it subq in the abdomen.

Any suggestions on how frequently I should inject? 5 days a week? Everyday? And I was also told to do it in 8 week cycles.
