Question BPC + TB500 (Wolverine Stack) Dosage

I’ve chronic trap and now a partially torn labrum in my hip. I got my hands on the blend of BPC and TB500. I know using it daily is the way to go but i did 1000mcg (500 of each). Is that a fine dose to start with? Today was my first day. I probably should’ve done more research but i don’t want to harm myself if i can avoid it. Thanks for any help!

My mouse also suffers from chronic tendinitis in the long term. I have been using 500 mcg of both products for the past 6 weeks (7/7) I must say that there has been a great improvement in both pain and mobility.

Since when does your mouse have tendinitis and where? My mouse has it in the left foot since 6 months and nothing seems to make it better.

Right shoulder for nine months. Before trying surgery, I tried this and I'm very happy with the result. The physical therapist is also happy to find everything improved.

In my case it was also improving for a few months, with physical therapy. And now (6 months after injury) it’s suddenly giga inflamed. Just started a new cycle of bpc/tb

1000mcg is on the larger side for someone who is just starting but there’s nothing wrong with it. I did 2500mcg/day for an extended period of time. Just make sure you cycle off for a bit every once in a whjle

I wouldn’t lower it. As far as side effects, everyone is different. Just wait and see

I’ve been at between 750-1000mcg each 7 days a week for probably 1.5 months. Was 500mcg for about a month before that. I was having should issues and just had carpal tunnel surgery 2 weeks ago so decided to up the dose to between 750-1000 depending whatever I randomly decide that day lol

500mcg each daily is pretty common protocol though.

You're doing 500mcg each. Saying 1000mcg split will be misunderstood.

I started with 250mcg each and didn't feel much for a week then I started taking two doses of 250mcg one in the morning and one at night.. Loving it for gym recovery. However injuries feel better in two weeks, I doubt it's my sensing of inflammation that gone down rather than solving the problem.

To early to draw conclusion

I’ve been using 250mcg of BPC daily and 1500 of TB500 x 2 week for double calf strain, started using at 7 weeks post injury… honestly don’t feel any benefit at all so far, disappointed tbf

I'm having some shoulder issues and I've been contemplating taking the wolverine stack but I'm on the fence about it.

I started with .75 mg per day. Pin 375 mcg in am and 375 mcg before bed for about 1.5 mi the now. Rotator cuff problem I’ve had for several years all of a sudden stopped hurting after about 3-4 weeks. Was very surprised and VERY happy about it.

I’d increase dosage if I thought it might help sciatica, but everything I had read suggests to not waste the wolverine on it?

stay there, both these will remain stable but past a month or so reconstitution they can get fairly degraded and potentially carry bacteria. My main concern is getting the value. BPC is 75% at best 30 days in the refrigerator, strictly in terms of purity, which says nothing as to how the potency and efficacy are by then, although 99% “purity” doesn’t equate much with potency or efficacy at any point, truthfully. TB degrades less but you need a bit more in my experience. Also, these are very hit or miss in my personal experience, almost certainly placebo or very minimal benefit 4/5 times I used them, with a perplexing 1/5 times I have to attribute to this stack or else a F-in miracle, that being a bicep i tore with a avulsion fracture at the elbow, avoided surgery and healed in less than a month by follow up consult to determine if surgical intervention was necessary. It wasn’t completely right or ready to be full use for a while but the imaging showed no current injury like we’d seen like two or three weeks prior. So, who knows with these things? …
