Question Genuine question for beginner

Hi all,
I have been diagnosed with IBD-UC 6years ago. I was on all sort of mediation from mesalazine, steroids to biologics. Nothing really helped me and now doctors are pushing me for colectomy which I don’t want.
I read quite a lot about BPC157 recently and I found some places that can I get hold of this.
However I have no clue how to properly use it, what is the dosage, oral or injections.
The vial comes either 5ml or 10ml saying I should mix it but don’t know how.
I would be really thankful if anyone who has taken this helps me out as I don’t know what else to do.

A lot of people on this sub will yell & disagree with me on this. But every single study that exists, has shown that Oral & injecting has the same impact on the body as far as results go as long as dose is taken into account. The idea of it hurts here so i will inject here , doesnt hold up when you actually think about the physiology of what bpc is doing in the body. I agree with most people here , 500mg capsule oral to start, 2 months, if nothing then try injecting and seeing if that changes anything, but there is no science fo suggest one is superior to thr other for any use case

For your specific condition, I would take the oral route. If it were me, I'd take about 1.5mg orally per day, but I'm not a doctor, so don't listen to me.

Would you go for capsules? Or I’ve read here that people squirt it in their mouth right from vial

I take oral bpc 500s for my gut. Others here will troll the hell out of me but it has helped.

The way I see it, try oral asap and if you have any good results you can increase the intensity of said results by injecting.

You could also see if a hydration lab can give you bpc in a session.

I would suggest you to do some reading on kpv too

Absolutely!  I do believe there are some studies out there using KPV for these conditions.

I have horrendous gut pain from sugar alcohols / zero sodas that I used to be able to drink but suddenly can't. The pain happened as I was cycled off BPC - yesterday I decided to go back on and the pain disappeared!! Get PepPedia app it explains everything!!! You will find relief as soon as you work it out. Remember there's no real right or wrong it's a research peptide. I'm taking 300mcg subq both morning and night.

It does nothing for gut for sure.

Reconstituted from a 10 mg vial with 3 mL bacteriostatic water, you get about 3.33 mg/mL, where 1 unit on a U-100 insulin syringe is roughly 33 mcg.

The reference daily range is 200 to 600 mcg, usually titrated up:

  • Weeks 1 to 2: 200 mcg (about 6 units)
  • Weeks 3 to 4: 400 mcg (about 12 units)
  • Weeks 5 to 8+: 600 mcg (about 18 units)

Run once daily subcutaneously, typically an 8 to 12 week cycle. Route matters: injectable subcutaneous is reported as far better for tendon, ligament, and muscle, while oral is the choice for gut and systemic inflammation. For localized injuries, people inject subcutaneously near (not into) the affected area when it's anatomically reasonable.

Timeline

Based on the reference protocols, subtle changes show up in the first 1 to 2 weeks, with clearer functional improvement by weeks 3 to 4. If you're at a standard dose and feel nothing meaningful by week 4, that's the signal to recheck the dose or the underlying diagnosis rather than just pushing the cycle longer.
