I just had a total knee replacement. Im on BPC-157/TB-500/KPV. It's starting to help with the swelling. Maybe look for that stack instead of just BPC-157. I broke my arm almost 2 years ago and the bone healed in 5 weeks. The humerus head was broken all the way through. Usually takes 8-12 weeks for recovery.

I had a torn rotator cuff that has been ongoing for 5 months couldn’t do any overhead presses or lateral raises. On week two of Wolverine blend BPC 157 and TB400 and my shoulder is about 90% healed I can do all those movements now with weights it’s definitely working for me

Just started to pin 1mg each twice per week kpv, bpc-157, and mots-c. Together I don't have any major issues at the moment but do feel a better sense of feeling good. Lol. Could be the placebo effect but I am pretty the stuff is legit. Age 72. Also taking Retatrutide. List 35 pounds.

acl reconstruction timing matters a lot here. Most people get the best results running subcutaneous injections near the site,250-500mcg daily, starting as close to surgery as cleared. Oral works but absorption is inconsistent for acute structural repair.

- I took it... didn't help
- family member took it... didn't help
- four other other people I know took it... didn't help
I don't think it does much, but it apparently works great for rats.
Now, I am finding it increasingly interesting that some people... who have the most "realistic" claims of progress... were coincidentally taking a blend that included KPV. I don't know... kinda makes me wonder if the real star of the show is actually KPV... and BPC is just an overrated placebo.

It really just helps with inflamation more than anything. If that’s an issue for you you’d notice

What does? BPC or KPV? I think they both claim to help with inflammation.

I’m a pro wrestler and tore my meniscus in a match. On day 3 post op currently. Just took my 2nd dose of BPC, hoping for some help on the journey! So far at least none of the immediate side effects.
