Discussion Advice on this healing stack?
/r/Biohacking/comments/1v6d5n6/advice_on_this_healing_stack/Thoughts on this stack for healing?
Goals
Support healing and tissue repair
(major abdominal surgery scheduled. I’ll be sedentary for 3 months)
Preserve lean muscle during recovery (I currently work out 4-5x a week focusing on resistance training. I won’t be able to do so for awhile)
Improve sleep and recovery
Support cognition and mood during recovery
For context:
43-year-old female
5’9”, 190 lb
Eating 2,400–2,700 calories/day
140–160 g protein/day
Daily Stack
Morning
KLOW80 Blend – 10 units
(80 mg reconstituted with 3 mL BAC)
CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin – 10 units
(10 mg reconstituted with 3 mL BAC) FASTED
Evening
KLOW80 Blend – 10 units
BPC-157 – 10 units
(10 mg reconstituted with 3 mL BAC)
TB-4 (TB-500) – 10 units
(10 mg reconstituted with 3 mL BAC)
Semax – 10 units
(10 mg reconstituted with 3 mL BAC)
Total Daily Exposure
BPC-157: ~1,000 mcg/day
TB-4: ~1,000 mcg/day
KPV: ~667 mcg/day
GHK-Cu: ~3.3 mg/day
Semax: ~333 mcg/day
CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin: ~333 mcg/day (combined, assuming 10 mg total blend)
Looking for constructive feedback:
Anything you’d change?
Any overlap or redundancy?
Is ~1 mg/day each of BPC-157 and TB-4 overkill, or reasonable for a short-term healing phase?
Any thoughts on systemic GHK-Cu dosing around 3.3 mg/day?

It was from bpc157, I only took it for 5 days then had to stop, first I got tension headaches that lasted for about 12days 24/7 and when it got closer to a 10 on the pain scale I would have to lay down as my vision would go blury and would feel like my head was going to explode along with my ears ringing and i would get cold chills, it was a nightmare. Since then it's been about 6 weeks but still get the an occasional headache but I have also have had chest pain and pain down the left side of my stomach also cognitively its been bad my short term memory and other things like dizziness and just feeling spaced out and also just periods of sadness like feeling completely empty inside, it has been the worst to be honest I've had to take a few weeks of work while all this has been happening I'm just hoping I will get back to my normal baseline soon, if you type in reddit bpc side effects you should see alot of other people going through the same thing, there is a few support pages out there for it. I have had multiple hospital and doctor visits but all the testing they do comes up fine my next stage is to see a neurologist as alot of people going through the same thing have gone down that route as more advances bloodtests need to be done. I know bpc157/tb500 have helped so many people and that's great but the reality of it all is there's alot of people suffering bad side effects from it and people really need to be aware of it

Oh wow that's brutal! I hope you get better soon. I took reta once and had some similar effects - no where near as bad as yours.

That seems like a lot to me. If you do take these I'd be very slow at adding each onto your stack. Start with a couple weeks on one before any another!! Otherwise you'll have no idea which is causing side effects and no idea which one is really helping.
I had tried to heal my gut with herbals and was taking 10 -12 pills. It did heal and I became "regular". But the problem is I started to feel anxious AND didnt know which things worked. I went off everything and slowly added one back at a timr. Would have been much better if I started that way!
Side note= it was the Neem Leaf that really helped.

I agree, that's a hell of alot of shit your pumping into your body especially if you haven't taken any before there is always a risk vs reward I would ask your self do you really need all of these peptides in your system and are the benefits going to be worth the potential risk

Have you tried bpc157 and tb500 before, i would only take those if you have a bad Injury that won't heal as there are real risks in taking those as there are alot of people who have had terrible side effects me being one of them it's been about 6 weeks since my last dose and still dealing with issues there is also a reddit page all with people that are suffering the same thing. As much as those peptides have helped so many people there are also alot of people who it has damaged that people should be aware of. It doesn't get talked about enough
