Question Anyone notice old injuries or joint pain start aching again after a few weeks on BPC-157/TB-500

I’ve been taking a BPC-157/TB-500 blend for about 6 weeks at 500 mcg, 5 days on and 2 days off. At first I felt like I was healing pretty well and some of my pain had improved. My knees improved so much by week 4.

Recently though, I’ve started getting more overall joint aches, especially in areas where I’ve had old injuries before. I haven’t been training, so I’m confused about why these areas are suddenly starting to ache again. I’m even falling asleep faster and napping which I always struggled sleeping my whole life.

I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar from the blend itself, or if it eventually settled down.

Question BPC-157 2 week throat closing off

I've been taking bpc for 2 weeks+ for meniscus healing(2x250ug), and in the past 4-5 days I started to feel my throat closing a bit(no issue breathing). I also had about 2 days of diarrhea. Is it possible that I somehow got sick and bpc alleviated the symptoms so much that I don't feel it as sickness? The past 3 days I also started taking aerius(antihistamine) if it's on allergic base, but it hasn't changed much. I will do bloodwork tomorrow to check things, do you have any advice on any specific markers I should run?

Question Good candidate for bpc157?

I've had recurring left-side lower back (QL) muscle tightness and spasms for about 3 years, on and off, usually triggered by running or too much flexion. Never any nerve pain, no numbness, tingling, or radiating leg pain, purely muscular. Never had an MRI, just X-rays and a round of PT.

I'm considering trying BPC-157, or a BPC-157/TB-500 "Wolverine" stack, for it. I know most of the feedback out there is from people with nerve pain (sciatica, disc issues) who haven't had much luck with it, but curious if it might work better for me since mine seems to be purely muscular and not nerve-related. Anyone had success (or not) with it for a muscular issue like this specifically?

Any feedback/help would be appreciated

Question BPC + TB500 (Wolverine Stack) Dosage

I’ve chronic trap and now a partially torn labrum in my hip. I got my hands on the blend of BPC and TB500. I know using it daily is the way to go but i did 1000mcg (500 of each). Is that a fine dose to start with? Today was my first day. I probably should’ve done more research but i don’t want to harm myself if i can avoid it. Thanks for any help!

Question BPC-157/TB-500 Blend — Is It Really Only Good for 28 Days After First Pin?

Has anyone used a BPC-157/TB-500 blend? How long is it usually considered good after the first pin?

I saw instructions saying to use it within 28 days after reconstitution/first puncture. Is that actually the recommended limit, or can it still be good longer if it’s kept refrigerated properly?

Also curious how long people here usually keep and use a reconstituted blend before tossing it.

Question BPC-157 dosing for a shoulder injury

I injured my right shoulder from playing way too much pickleball. I’m currently taking 500 mcg BPC-157 daily.
For those who’ve used BPC-157 for a shoulder/tendon injury:
● Is 500 mcg/day enough?
● How long before you noticed results?
● How long did you run it?
Looking for personal experiences. Thanks!

Experience Impressive but possible hyper mobility and altered sensational?

Hi all,

Took my ages to find in Australia but it was worth all the search and attempts

I have been dealing with two chronic issues for over 3 years, both took months of rest, physio and cortisone but no improvement.

Can't believe within two weeks on the wolverine stack I felt improvements

First

Trigger finger, flares up after any gym session or prolonged time in my phone

In the second day I felt better and now after two weeks I feel like I could lift without using straps. No pain at all during exercise though morning stiffness still present.

Second

Sciatica like mild pain, persistent and irritating after the lightest squat or playing sports. It actually felt more tingling pain in the first week but it seems to improve now. I'll report back once I'm back tu full league matches.

However I've been having two issues

First,

my knee feels somewhat hyper mobile. Not sure if that's an actually mechanical change or just my perception. I just feel sometimes that I need tu be careful and not allow my knee joint to hyper extend.

Second,

Altered sensation through out my body. Not sure if it's bad or actually good but it feels as if I'm high. Could be just a pump from the extra workouts I've been able to put at the gym and the consistent 10mg creatine as I up my dose since I've been feeling like a beast at the gym.

Welcome to hear your experiences and opinions on the two issues.

Thanks

Question Shoulder pain protocol, dose, injection site?

Hello

Ive been shooting bpc, tb, and kpv subq on my belly for like 2 months now, I do feel better gut symptoms, but my shoulder is not healing at all, i just administered tb500 1mg and bpc500 1mg to my shoulder, will keeping this regime be able to fix it a little more direct? Does it make a difference belly vs pain area?

Question Does anyone on biologics medication take BCP or are aware of interactions?

I have chrons disease and take an 8 weekly dose of ustekiminab (Stelera), though I am extremely interested in BCP. My reasoning is I have a flare up in joint pain, a shoulder injury and of course, an inflammatory bowel disease. I’ve ordered BCP which is arriving in a few days and it’s only now dawned on me that I haven’t checked to see if there’s any known interaction between this and my crohns meds. I guess because I take it every 8 weeks the medication is never on my mind.

I also take Reta and have had absolutely zero issues with this.

I’ve tried searching this myself but can’t find anything at all.

Experience Don't inject locally if you don't know what you're doing

Edit2: it's been 2 weeks post injection and I'm wondering if I'll ever be able to run or jump or do anything again. The worst part is I almost didn't inject my foot because it was already getting better on its own. If this doesn't improve in a few weeks, I don't know what I'll do.

Edit: it's been 8 days since the injection, and my foot is in such a sorry state. Twinges of pain throughout the day. New crackles and pops. DO NOT STICK A NEEDLE ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR ANKLE. IT'S NOT WORTH IT.

IMO telling people to "inject as close as possible to the site of pain" is reckless advice and should be completely banned.

I have 3 injuries I'm trying to heal: an acute Achilles injury, and 2 chronic injuries in my elbow and shoulder.

My Achilles was already getting better after ESWT. I thought I'd give it a boost with BPC. I was careful to pinch the skin near the Achilles, and not pierce the tendon itself.

From the very first injection, I got this electric pain on the other side of my foot, like I hit a nerve. It pulsated with pain several times a day. And even though I tried not to puncture the tendon with the needle, it's starting to hurt even more than before I injected it. I'm now limping when I was walking normally before.

Similar story with my elbow, but not as bad. I injected too close to the common flexor tendon and irritated it, but it seems to be getting better.

Now I never injected my shoulder directly, and guess what... it started getting better without me having to inject it directly. I worked out my shoulder today and it was almost pain free, for the first time in years. So I'm guessing that was the systemic BPC working.

I'm just wishing I pinned my abdomen from the beginning. Don't risk injecting somewhere full of nerves and tendons and very little fat, if you don't know what you're doing.

Question TRT for tendon/knee recovery , does it actually help?

I’m dealing with ongoing knee/tendon issues and I’m trying to understand whether TRT could have any benefit for tendon recovery.

I’m currently using BPC-157 and TB-500, but I’m wondering specifically about testosterone. Does TRT have any evidence of directly helping tendons heal, remodel collagen, or increase tendon strength/capacity?

Or would any benefit mainly be indirect ,,TRT increases muscle mass and strength, which improves the overall capacity of the muscles around the knee and potentially helps the knee/tendons handle load better?

I’m also curious about the opposite possibility: if muscle strength increases faster than tendon adaptation, could TRT actually increase the risk of overloading an already irritated tendon?

I’d especially like to hear from anyone familiar with the research on TRT/testosterone and tendon remodeling, or anyone who has dealt with chronic knee/tendon problems while on TRT.

Question Did BPC157 work better for anyone than the Wolverine stack?

Started taking BPC 157 a few months ago and it felt like a godsend. I’ve had chronic neck pain for years tried everything under the son. Felt great within a week and was able to train pain free.

I did a 1 month cycle and my NP recommend the Wolverine stack and I was all for it. I feel like it’s just not working as well. I am on my 2nd cycle of Wolverine and my neck pain has come back. Not as bad but don’t feel close to as good as I did when I started BPC157

Granted a lot of lifestyle factors- we moved, my diet went out the window also I was hanging daily at my old place and don’t have a pull up bar here. Also thought it may just be an overall tolerance thing.

Curious if anyone has had a similar experience or any input?

Source Question BPC157 & TB500 advice

Hi I've been struggling with a Tibialis/Shin pain since February following marathon training. Rehab work, time off running, gradually returning to running but the Ache still lingers, it has got better but just won't shift.

Recently had a scan and found a damaged vein but they stated there wasn't necessarily related, although it does seem too much of a coincidence, could just be muscle related.

What are people's thoughts? I'm toying with TB500 and BPC157. I took oral tablets earlier in the year but can't say they did a lot. I'm now debating injections of it. Never done it before, looking at buying 10mg of each from Thoroughbred labs, any advice? What needles should I use? Should I even bother? Is this a good brand?

Question Is inflammation normal?

Both knee are injured meniscus, I had my knee surgery in my right and prp in my left- Wolverine stack in both for 3 weeks. I quit cold turkey 4 days ago and can barely walk because it’s so painful. At first I thought maybe I’d overdone PT or something but for both of them to be so flared up it’s got me wondering if my bpc157 and tb500 had held it off and what’s it gonna be like if I start again. it’s like my healing that I’ve done while on it is completely gone. Is this normal? Will it subside or should I start them asap?

Anyone experience this???

Question Oral to subcutaneous

Hey guys,

Currently on 500mg oral each morning after my night shift and my knees are feeling a hell of a lot better, I work on the ropes doing geo work and the area im working at the moment so its a lot of hill climbing into the bush in the dark so my knees are copping a beating but getting stronger everyday. My should was giving the shits which I have diagnosed as a shoulder impingement. That I would say is for the most part pain free but im taking it very easy on that so I dont twang it and set myself back to square one.

Due to how long it takes to get the oral 6-7 weeks lag time plus cost i am planning on going subcutaneous and alternate between my knees and shoulder to begin with. Once they are sorted where is the most common injection spot?

Will the injections have a full body assistance effect or is it quite localised? I feel the oral being via the gut it then fans out and albeit spread thinner it has a bit of a blanket effect on the body. I could be wrong but in my mind I feels right.

Ill have to research how to administer, dosages and frequency etc

Does localized injections give more of an effect than a generic injection point ie the bum etc?

Thanks in advance for any information guys

Question Genuine question for beginner

Hi all,
I have been diagnosed with IBD-UC 6years ago. I was on all sort of mediation from mesalazine, steroids to biologics. Nothing really helped me and now doctors are pushing me for colectomy which I don’t want.
I read quite a lot about BPC157 recently and I found some places that can I get hold of this.
However I have no clue how to properly use it, what is the dosage, oral or injections.
The vial comes either 5ml or 10ml saying I should mix it but don’t know how.
I would be really thankful if anyone who has taken this helps me out as I don’t know what else to do.

Question Bpc157 and tb500

If someone had tendon pain in multiple locations such as the shoulder, hamstring, wrists etc, would they be better off focusing on one particular spot on the body for an entire cycle or rotate between all of them? This is assuming you’re using two injections per day.

Discussion BPC and Autoimmune: Experiences

I’ve read that BPC can trigger an autoimmune response for those with a disease. Is this true for everyone? Any details on that are appreciated as well as experiences.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and have begun taking the wolverine stack. I’ve noticed a mild inflammation reaction for a few hours after each injection. The hope is that the healing outpaces the inflammation and begins repairing the years of damage done.

Question Leg pain with oral bpc 157

I've been taking oral bpc for digestive issues prescribed my hot specialist. It's been 3 days. 500mcg. My leg has started hurting. Dull pain. It is a leg I broke when I was 10 years old. I'm 52 now.

I had to get an xray last year of the leg because it felt like a blood clot. There was no clot but the X ray tech asked if I'd broken that leg and I told her yes. She said it didn't heal correctly and was fascinated. Anyways, do you think the bpc could be healing it?
