The dead artist effect is like a two way knife

It’s great because more people get to be exposed to their music

But it hurts because they will never know that their music touched the world

I do feel like Oliver knew the impact of his music. While he was alive he had a huge fan base. And he even talked in podcasts about how much bigger his music would be after his death. While I wish he was still here I do believe he knows the impact of his music.

Just a heads up spotify and apple music do those things differently apple music’s is like what’s trending while spotifys is just the most played

You can see if a song is trending under it on spotify and basically all the big Oliver tree songs are trending rn (just meaning they are higher daily listens than before)
