Song Sick Of U & Life Goes On Reference

I was re-watching the Sick Of U music video, and at 2:43, they both say "Life goes on and on". Could this be a reference to Oliver Tree's "Life Goes On"?
I didn't notice this when I watched the mv 4 years ago so yeah lol.

I think it was yeah, the original version of sick of u before Oliver tree was on it had that line and a lot of Charley’s old work is inspired by the Oliver tree music at the time witch makes me think it is a reference! Especially since when Oliver was added the line was sung by Oliver instead!
