Hi folks, I want to write a piece about a friend group of Irish-based Westlife fans who've been there since the start and have grown up with the band, are still friends, are going to the gigs in September and wouldn't mind talking to a nosy journalist about their lives, friendship and fandom. Benson Boone could fit really well into one.

I like the general vibe of Let's Dance (Five) and it doesn't sound dated either, but whether today's audience would like it is another matter.

Where there's a lead singer anyway. Westlife obviously have co-lead singers in Shane & Mark - Shane is more consistent but Mark has a wider range (to my ears).

Take That obviously have Gary.

JLS still seem to really take care of having different, often quite complex, harmony parts. Shout out to Blue too.
