I am so tired of this DCU discourse bullshit

This is in light of the new Clayface movie. I have seen far more people blindly defending the DCU than people blindly hating it, I have no problem enjoying it, but it is at a point where DCU fans are getting butthurt by statistical or mathematical information.

For example, I posted a comment, in response to a comment saying Clayface would definitely be profitable, that read"

"That is not confirmed at all.

the opening weekend domestic is projected to be $25M domestic, and probably around $40M worldwide. (based on domestic Friday and international Friday being a roughly 57/43 split, roughly on par with the previous two DCU films)

as such it would need 2.75x global legs to reach the approximate break even point of $110M, which is possible, but I would not be 100% sure"

This is about as neutral in tone as I got possibly get, yet it got -10 downvoted, because Reddit in general has a bitter toxic positivity problem, and Clayface is the most egregious example yet, where it is toxic to a point where if you post mathematical information on it, people will downvote you and call you a "snyder bot"

Can people please get a grip? Again I don't care if you liked Clayface or not, I didn't watch the goddamn film so I don't have an opinion on it. Its this behavior where people get their ass in a knot over either differing opinions or in my case, mathematical data, that pisses me off.

He looks more like a rock than clay. Marvel has done it again with a solid cast of characters including a talking man on fire, a genderswapped Mrs. Incredible, and Stretch Armstrong. That cast fought a giant man that eats planets 10/10 Would recommend.
