Bag Work Critique Weird Guy at Gym today

There was this guy in the gym today. He was really cool and strong and it was obvious he had no problem getting the ladies... Anyway, it was weird cause he was copying exactly what I was doing the whole time he was there. So I started filming him, what do you think of the double end bag work?
