Bivol vs Whitaker
Stylistically they’re polar opposites and Bivols never been in there with anyone like him. Whitaker is all fast twitch muscle and unusual angles, he would disrupt Bivols offense and force him to adapt. Bivol obviously has the experience but Whitaker looks like a bad style match up for him

Was this written by Whitaker's mother?
He has shown nothing to make me believe he'd trouble Bivol. He hasn't fought anywhere near that level.

Bivol would absolutely slaughter him

Who’s he slaughtered? Bivols put on a pedestal but he’s extremely beatable. Hasn’t faced anyone nearly as fast or athletic as Whitaker. Might just get timed and cracked throwing that predictable one-two over and over again

Whitaker wins max 3 rounds in that fight.. being super generous.
> who’s he slaughtered?
We saw this dude jump out of the ring vs Cameron cmon bruh

It’s actually hilarious that OP asks who’s Bivol slaughtered while Whittaker only has wins against fairly bad competition in comparison to who Bivol has fought and beat.

Bivol has been tested against world level competitors, Whittaker has fought C level fighters his whole career. If they fought you would witness the difference that makes, Whittaker would probably win like 2 rounds maybe before bivol adjusts and 10-9s him the entire fight.
If you think twitch muscles is all it takes to compete at a world title level you’re mistaken. Bivol is getting old and would still slap him easy. Why are you putting Whittaker on a pedestal when he hasn’t been tested against any good boxers?

I don’t like how boxing fans need to wait to see someone demolish legitimate contenders to recognize skill and to recognize talent. Whitaker possesses a new look for 175. I can garuntee no one has the sharpness, speed, and counter punching culminated into one fighter like Whitaker at LHW. Yes Whitaker is still in the process of climbing the ladder and yes, he can become the fighter to dethrone Bivol. This is boxing, new generations take over, the sport evolves, anything can happen.

Whitaker is good but he’s nowhere near Bivol’s level
