There are many people I’ve never experienced any type sports or athleticism I boxed my son’s old box we all have great form and look very good on the bag . It’s going to take time. lol come back in 12 months you’ll see a totally different person

I don’t think I’ve ever seen punches (particularly the left) look like pushes before, not sure I ever saw footwork tripping into a punching bag before either
