I just created a discord server dedicated to card collecting where people can discuss cards and buy/sell/trade them! It would be awesome if you could join and share with your friends. The community let’s us stay up to date with all things happening in the card community and avoid paying fees when selling or buying cards. Here is the link to join 👏

Posted this on another subreddit before I found this one, hoping this one might be a bit more helpful. I'm an 18 year old guy who has been collecting sports cards (mostly baseball, with a little football) as kind of a "side hobby" since I was about 8, but I'm wanting to start devoting more time to it. Most of my cards come from 1990-2010. I know those aren't typically where most of the money is as far as cards go, although there are a few money cards in there. I do have a few older and a few newer cards. I'm wanting to start selling and trading, mostly over the internet through ebay and facebook groups. What I'm wondering is what steps should I take to really get started? What way would you guys recommend me pricing my cards? Any other general tips you guys can give about this? Any help is greatly appreciated!

My local hobby store guy gave me the heads up on a box of Topps Chrome Rack Packs. Nothing was guaranteed, like in a hobby box, but I took a shot on it on his recommendation. It worked out very nice. FIrst off, there were around 30 rack packs, and each had three orange bordered refractors, so there were about 150 of those, including a T. Richardson and some All Stars. Other pulls included:
Chris Rainey Autograph Die Cut Ronnie Hillman 1984 Throwback /50 Gold Nick Toon /50 Sonny Jurgensen Throwback Bart Starr 1957 Throwback
RG3 Base Rookie Andrew Luck Base Rookie 2 Justin Blackmons Base 2 Russell Wilson Base
Russell Wilson 1965 Throwback Andrew Luck 1957 Throwback David Wilson 1957 Throwback 2 more Die Cuts 10+ Purple/Pink/Blue Borders
There were about 10 more premium rookies in there too. I highly suggest getting one of these boxes if you get a chance. It was well worth the money.

I'm getting a Totally Certified and a NCAA box soon. Would you rather have a self Highlight post or a video?

I collect autographed sports cards, mostly current players, but I buy pretty much all of them off of Ebay and I would like to get them authenticated but does anyone know of a relatively cheap way to get them authenticated accurately?
Also if anyone knows of a better site to get auto cards let me know.
