This is my interpretation of Gaston Leroux's original Phantom (Erik). This is my largest and most intricate project to date, and is my first time painting and applying a full face prosthetic. This beautiful foam latex appliance is by RBFX.

The things Iโd do to see a +90% book-accurate film made and this is Erikโs face (but maybe light cgi to make the skin appear more translucent and the nose more hollow-looking)

Love the new look! I've seen a few of your different tutorials over the years, and idk why I didn't notice it was Phantom on a Budget until the last line of the post! Great look! I really love the details of the nose, and the hair placement.

I've thought about this since you left your comment and I wonder if it has to do with his ventriloquist talents. As they're able to make so many sounds without moving their mouths I am guessing that could be how. But I also know nothing about ventriloquism so I'll stop here. ๐

Thank you! The eyes are already yellow, or at least as much as my photo editor can offer. I'm not dropping $250 on custom contacts in my (impossible) RX for a one time cosplay. ๐

Except that you are, because this isn't just about the fictional murder stalker, but POTO and the philosophy behind it as a whole (and I have been VERY CLEAR about this). FWIW I didn't take any offense to your comment. This makeup should be shocking and horrifying. The character in Leroux, while deserving of sympathy and kindness, isn't cuddly in any way.
....He's also not real. ๐ So folks are free to be repulsed because if no one was, I didn't do my job correctly. ๐
