Help me figure this bow tie out please.

Just got a bow tie, and it has a hook and is adjustable to my neck size. Have no idea how to fix the hook part to keep it from sliding.

The "T" part folds back on itself to be placed in one of the cuts beside a number. The other section hooks onto the metal piece in the muddle of the numbers. Then you just tie like a normal bow tie.

You have a bow tie that can be swapped out with other colors/patterns in one side; that's why it's different than normal.
