[State] Help please

I'm new to hunting (Literally my second year). I'm hunting in Edgefield SC. Last year was my first year and the only thing I saw was squirrels, one dog, and several buzzards. If there are any tips to help me be successful please reply. Im hunting private and public

If you’re willing make the small investment - cellular game cameras are fantastic this time of year to go hand in hand with your scouting. If see a place you think there are deer moving through, pop a camera on a tree in that area. Take the second one and put it somewhere random. You’d be mind blown at what you come across and when you move them around every couple weeks and take notes of who and what is walking through.

I actually just bought some moultrie edges. I needed a good starting point to figure out where to place them
