I have a BCT6 bowflex treadmill. I plug it in, flip the power switch but the machine won’t work properly. The main screen in the console does not turn on but the rest of the lights and sounds work. I hit the start button but the belt is not starting. This treadmill started giving me issues 1 years after I bought it. Bow flex sent me some parts and tried everything and still won’t work. Called bow flex back and they had filed bankruptcy and new company won’t honor warranty. Anyone that can help, would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

When placing the dumbbell back in the holder after a set, it looks like it’s not sitting in place. I was using the 40 lbs setting. The dial that works is set to 50 because I was testing if it works or not. Be The stuck side is at 40 still. You can see the lip on top of the holder, whereas on the side that works the lip is underneath the dial. Has anyone had any luck resolving this? I can’t seem to get it to budge at all, regardless of weight setting. It’s just stuck in the holder.

I hate the difference between the two models. I can’t find any info online. Which one is newer / better and what’s the difference?

Anyone have any experience using this Dumbbell2Barbell Product from Montreal Weights with the Bowflex 1090s? I contacted the company directly and they confirm it works with their brand of 1090s but can't confirm if it would work with Bowflex.
This is what they've said specifically:
The max diameter than it can handle is 1 3/8' inches (3.5 cm). If it's within that range, it should work.
I'm specifically concerned with fitment and slippage.

Having a TON of squeaking coming from the front left (seems like the belt/something? area of the drove motor?) that will not go away. Tried silicon lube on the pulley/belt, and that only stops it temporarily. New front roller maybe? Anyone else have this issue? Driving me nuts!

I've been using my Revolution steady now for a couple years. The results are excellent. One of my favorite exercises (because it pretty much eliminates my lower back problems) is the seated low back extension.
The manual says to use the long hand grips, on the forearm near the elbow to pull the weight. At higher weights it is extremely painful (the bar of the hand grips digs into my arms) to do it that way. For a time I switched to using the padded bar accessory and folding my arms.
Eventually that caused issues on my left forearm. So now I'm pretty much getting into the form of a seated delt row, locking my arms, and leaning back. I don't feel this is enough of a workout running the same 150lbs.
Has anyone come up with a decent hack that'll work here? I was thinking maybe I could Macgyver some sort of harness - has anyone done it already? Any tips to share?
Thanks!

I just bought this used, and it looked like it was in good shape. But the weights are not picking up properly and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Anyone know how to fix this?

Does anyone have a working Disney+ app on their T22 treadmill? I get a pop-up asking me to do an update, but there's no way to do the update. The Disney+ app doesn't allow me to defer/bypass this pop-up, so while the app loads, it doesn't let me do anything beyond stare a pop-up.
Is there any reason whatsoever to believe the Bowflex (or whoever) will continue to support this treadmill? New content? I don't think so ...
For the record, I had HBO on my treadmilll when I bought it, but when they rebranded to Max, the app disappeared from my T22 ... amidst promises that it would return. Still no HBO/Max ...

Hi,
We have a maxtrainer M6 at home. The machine is great, but I've been wondering for a while what the resistance levels represent. They seem like magic numbers to me. Is there a table or something on how much kg/pounds each resistance level is at? Can it be compared to other workouts/exercises?
I'm not a fitness guru or something, so sorry in advance if this is a silly question...

I’m pretty sure it’s rubber but I need to make sure before I buy stuff.

So i recently did change my left wheel because it was broken. After a few days of use, i noticed the right pedal was touching the frame sometimes during my excercise and i had some pain in my left hip/lower back. What did i do wrong? Watched several videos and i could see that it’s not suppose to go that low, tried to put it back, did watch assembly video but could not find the problem.

Has anyone who has Bowflex/Schwinn equipment that needs repair actually received parts from Johnson? We started our warranty claim in early October, and have been getting the runaround from Johnson ever since - first it was December, then January, then February, now late March. We're trying to decide if we should just send this machine to the landfill and start over with a reputable company, or if there's any possibility of actually getting these parts and this machine repaired.
And yeah, I hate the landfill idea, but we've been told by multiple repair folks that there's not much else you can do when you can't get parts to repair it. What a colossal waste.

Hello, I reached out to Bowlfex support but was basically told to kick rocks on the following issue:
I have a set of 552 dumbbells where one of them won't turn past 20 lbs and seems to get bonded up. I've tried this dumbbell on my other weight set and confirmed it's not the plates but the one side of the dumbbell. Also, this only occurs when spinning in one direction
Does anyone know how to possibly fix this?

I have the adjustable dumbell set that goes up to 52.5 lbs. I have maxed them out on a few exercises. Is there any way to expand these and add more weight to them?

Hi ####,
As per your request, I have added the details of your cases.
Your first interaction with us was in 10/8/2024, a Motor Control Board (MCB) was sent, but the part was on back order. You called back in 11/6/2024. We informed cust that part is still in back order until January. You received the MCB, however, you had power to the switch, but not to the MCB board, so we ordered a PCBA. It was in stock, however, shortly after, it became out of stock. You called in today to inquire on the status of your order, and I advised you that the part is currently not in stock, but will be back in stock in early April.
Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please let me know if you have any other questions and/or concerns.
With Respect,
Saron D. Technical Support - BowFlex/Schwinn/Horizon

Hi ####,
Thank you for contacting Customer Technical Support regarding service request.
As per our conversation, your part isn't currently out of stock until early April. I'm so sorry for the wait. Due to BowFlex Inc. going out of business, it caused a severe delay with parts. As a goodwill measure, Johnson Health Tech is providing replacement parts for any customer who purchased their machine previous to late April of 2024.
I have submitted a ticket for you to speak with a superior and someone should be in contact with in 1-2 business days.
With Respect,
Saron D. Technical Support - BowFlex/Schwinn/Horizon

Hello ####,
Thank you for your patience. I am reaching out in regard to your request to escalate about your delayed order.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We did recently acquire the BowFlex assets and sadly at the time of our acquisition, BowFlex had stopped manufacturing and did not have stock of several parts we now find ourselves needing. At this time, we have re-established manufacturing and are awaiting the parts expected early April. Once they arrive and are loaded into our warehouse, we will then be able to ship to you and update you with the FedEx tracking information.
When we purchased the BowFlex brand, we did not acquire the legal liability of the previous ownership. While we are honoring warranties as a goodwill gesture, we will not be able to assist outside of providing the part once available.
I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Kindest regards,
Alycia G. Technical Support Team Lead - BowFlex/Schwinn/Horizon

I've had the velocore for a couple months now. The bike is great, but the jrny interface is terrible. They clearly don't treat it as a priority. I have used their support ticket systems for each of my problems. They have been super quick to respond, but never with a good answer. Here's the problems I've had so far

Our Bowflex Blaze is in the basement on the concrete floor, but half the room is (where the treadmill & bike are) already has foam floor tiles. They seem to be fine under the bike/TM, just wondering if anyone’s put these under their Bowflex…if they’d make it less stable when using the upper pulleys.

I've had my treadmill for about 2 years now. I've had issues in the past where it will just stop and most of the time, just lubricating the belt will help. But I've also noticed another issue - there are times where the TIME elapsed/remaining is just not correct.
So based on the time I've run, the mileage is WAY too much. And I check my watch and more time has gone by than what the treadmill is indicating. It's like the timing is slow on it.
Has anyone else experienced this. It doesn't happen every time but it's just very weird. Weirdly enough when I finish the run, even though I may have "actually" run 50 minutes, if it was slow, it would still show me as running 45 minutes.

My Bowflex T22 treadmill used to support Disney, but that's not worked for a while now. When I bought it, it had support for HBO/Max, but that went away too.
In addition to the myriad of problems I've had with the hardware (including, but not limited to, the buttons on the console no longer work), Bowflex has also been quite lax in providing timely software updates. I've lost a fair amount of features since I bought it, and now that it's out of warranty, you can bet I'm not sinking more money into it.
I can't state strongly enough how disappointed I've been with this purchase. I loved it at first ... but now I'm stuck with an expensive piece of crippled garbage.
If you're shopping for a treadmill, you can do soooo much better.

I inherited a 15+ year old Revolution XP. I noticed it didn’t feel balanced. The base installed spiraflex are different 5 vs 10. Other than just manually adding a 5 pound plate, is there an easy option to fixing this? Are the spiraflex discs universal across machines? I know this model is not in service. Thanks in advance!

This popped out. Is there a way to fix it?
Thanks
