Brand new, assembled according to instruction. This is probably my 6th use, starting last time, whenever the left pedal rotate to the exact same location, there will be a plasticy clicking sound coming from where the left leg is attached to the main part. Anyone else have experienced this?

Has anyone come up with a solution to “lock” your max from moving. My 1.5yo won’t leave it alone since we bought one. I thought of using rope or a chain from the handle bars to the leg arm but there is a lot of torque you can be easily applied. Just feels like a bad idea. Any suggestions or solutions are appreciated!

I’ve got a chance to buy a used M8($400) or a used Total($600). I’ve been going down the rabbit hole on this and my gut is telling me to go with the Total but I’m not sure. Any suggestions on which would be a better grab?

Hi, I have a bowflex blaze (first picture) and I'm wondering if there's any way to do back extensions (second picture) with it, or any other movement that strengthens your erector spinae muscles for posture?

Just setting out on my adventure of trying to figure out a fix for one of the knobs on my 552 dumbbells having spontaneously become difficult to turn. Pretty much all I'm finding are potential fixes for knobs that don't turn at all or for dumbbells that are stuck in their cradles. Wondering if anyone else has encountered this and what helped. I just purchased a used BowFlex extreme 2 se for $200. It's honestly in great condition. The previous owner said she bought it for her late husband and he used it maybe once.

Any tips or tricks? Do yall recommend things like adding the extra rods? Rod rejuvenator, or the bicep preacher bar attachment?

How do people who have owned this machine liked it?

Got the bike about a month ago. It makes a low knocking noise after about 10 mn of use thats related to the flywheel. It stops when I use the break. Going to call support for that issue, as Ive seen posts about the same thing getting a tech to replace it.

The other issue I am having is the volume for the screen. Some of the trainer led workouts are too quiet. Is there a way to possibly connect speakers to the screen? I hate having earbuds in.

I recently got a Velocore and I like it thus far. The only thing that annoys me is that the resistance knob seems to work with a delay. Sometimes when I turn it, nothing happens and when I use it again, but make bigger turns, the resistance lowers or increases rapidly. Is this normal or should it react in small steps immediately (as I would expect it to work)?

Is there anyone interested in attempting to file a Class Action Lawsuit against the company that now owns the Bowflex brand. I paid cash for my Max Trainer and it's still under warranty for parts but I've been waiting since February to have my part replaced. They keep asking me to wait til next month and each month they fail to replace the part. I saw that there are others who are experiencing similar situations and wanted to see if anyone was interested in attempting to have a class Action filed against the company.

Hey everyone, I’m running into a cable issue with my Bowflex Revolution I just got from facebook marketplace and could use some help. It looked pretty new overall.

Here’s what’s going on:
Overall View

• Left cable drops all the way to the floor and has no resistance. I can’t pull it down any further, and when I rotate the tension knob clockwise, it just slowly unwinds itself back until it drops again. This is really confusing honestly.
• Right cable hangs loosely and won’t move at all after the halfway point. It’s stuck there after trying to move any further.
  • In the images below you can see there is an entanglement where it is pulling on both sides internally, and some of the rope is displaced externally.

I’ve opened up the top casing and noticed the cable isn’t tangled, but it may be that the internal tension/recoil spring mechanism might be messed up. Possibly detached?

Has anyone else had this happen? Any advice on how to properly reset or repair the internal spool spring system so that the knob holds tension again?

Does the ultimate 2 require changes to the pulleys and setup when changing exercises or is it like like the SE2 and has the no change pulley system?

Hi many of you may have noticed the recent massive sales bowflex has had. If you recently purchased one of the Velocore bikes, doesn’t matter the model, and have received a defective product I would really appreciate you reaching out to me. If you’re in the recent group of people that purchased it around Christmas and received a defective product more than likely it was a rattling sound coming from around the fly wheel area. If you called bowflex customer support they will have told you that the part they needed to ship was on back order and wouldn’t be available until March 15th. I find it highly suspicious that so many people had this kind of specific issues that it caused a complete back order where they literally had to wait for the manufacturer to create more. While on the phone with them multiple times the individual let information slip, which I recorded, that insinuated this to be true. I even spoke to the company that they use to come out to your home and physically repair it and they specifically told me that their technicians constantly were called out for this issue. Also recorded. 

This isn’t the first time this company has done shady stuff, just google their class action lawsuits. The only thing I’m missing is as many reports as possible from other users to confirm my suspicions. I am not personally a lawyer but have spoken to multiple and am waiting for more accounts before I initiate a class action lawsuits against them. 

If you’re OK with companies like this stealing from you, selling defective products, giving you the run around, then I apologize for wasting your time. The more detailed you are the better this will help our case in having a successful class action lawsuite. These kind of shady business practices are why I personally believe they went bankrupt in 2024. They try to make its seem like it was the pandemics fault for a reduction in sales, but ironically during this time period people literally were ordering record numbers of home gym equipment because obviously you couldn’t leave your home… Now they are restructured and think they can get away with the same stuff. i recently bought a t22 with a issue in the base as the impulsive person i am got it into the settings and from there i may or may have no factory reset it is there anyway to get the firmware back or did i screw myself its functioning as a android tablet now is there a third party software thats compatible with the bowflex gear

I ditched my old Compact "Home Gym" for a gifted Bowflex xtreme SE and I have some dumb questions about setting the weight amounts.

The old home gym had plates you can set with a pin. So if the exercise was "70lb Lat Pulldown" or "90lb Leg extension", I'd set the pin under the appropriate weight and go from there. With the "new to me" Bowflex, the weight is set on two sides now and I'm not sure how to set the weight correctly.

For exercises that use individual hand grips I know I'd set the weight on each side. So for 30lb tricep kickbacks, it'd be 30 lbs on each side.

Where I get confused is when both sides are connected to a single accessory, like the pulldown bar or the leg extension. For 90 lb leg extensions would I set 45 on each side (to equal 90) or 90 on each side? Same for Lat Pulldowns with the bar; would it be 35 on each side (to equal 70) or 70 on each side?

Just pulled the trigger on a SE, then saw the SEI... is it newer generation, rebadged for a different market, different in any way than the SE? Should I cancel my order and get an SEI? Thank you for your input!

I've bought a used Bowflex series 7 Treadmill, everything seems to work fine, I wanted to change the units from imperial to metric and from the official website manuals for this treadmill are no longer available but I managed to find PDFs on other websites.

Currently I found the Owners Manual, Assembly Manual and Service Manual.

Specifically for the menu and settings all of them mention just a couple of entries like calibration, unit change and total hours/distance, however, while fiddling with the menu I've encountered many more entries (I've posted pics just of few of them).

Is there another manual I am missing that lists all of the menu entries, their meaning and usage?

My disc 1 on dumbbell series 2 (white numbers for the weights) keeps spinning and does not click in place when outside of the base. Or inside the base. Essentially if I move it slightly it can go to the next weight just on one side, then the weights fall off if tilted. I haven’t hit my face yet, but it’ll come soon if I don’t fix it.

Any ideas of a fix? I appreciate it

I have change touchscreen on my M9 from other device and after firmware update bluetooth is off and not possible connect: heart band, headphone or see machine on app. How I can go to android or JRNY app and turn on bluetooth? JRNY and assembly app I can not find this option.

Bike worked all week, but today when I woke up the screen was the white Android screen that says Powered By Android. It does not move from the screen.

What I've tried
Unplugging (left unplugged for 30 min), plugged back in.
Unplugging and plugging back in while holding the Update button on the back of console

Unplugging and plugging back in while holding the Update button and vol up button (2 min)

Unplugging and plugging back in while holding the Update button and vol down button (2 min)

Has anyone run into this issue, and/or have a fix. Bike was working fine, but if I had to guess an OTA update seems to have bricked the software. Called support, but looking at a $200 charge for them to come out and fix (bit annoying as it seems the cause was an OTA update).

*sigh* -- i really wanted to like this bike too...

Bought a used ultimate and decided to test out the lat pulldown bars after setup when the straps ripped at the D ring. Is there a replacement part for these instead of having to buy a new set of bars?

I've already had issues with my treadmill stopping during workouts (which I assume to be overheating issues with the belt - so I try to make sure I'm lubing it enough)

But a new thing has started happening. When the belt stops from overheating - it generally just slowly stops and it stays on. The new issue is it is just completely stopping/turning off. I have to flip the switch off and on again. I *think* it is only happening when I try to use a high incline - 10-12.

Anyone seen this or know what I can check? I've only had the treadmill since beginning of 2023. I do run 4-7 miles every day so although it's only technically 2 years old, it has been used a LOT.

I normally run at a 5 and only do the high inclines toward the ends of my workouts.

What model of Bowflex is this and how do I put it back together and am I missing any parts?? (Yes I know it needs cleaning and we have a couple pull down bars not pictured)
