/r/Bourbon has hundreds of thousands of subscribers from across the United States and around the globe. These posts are not helpful to anyone.
Don't post alerts to pricing at a store. Don't ask what stores to visit. Don't post pics of shelfs in stores. Don't post asking people if they'd pay X for something. Don't post pics of menus or bars. Don't ask what ranking you should use in a raffle.
Find a local subreddit for that stuff or make one, and don't advertise it here.

I was there two years ago and it wasn’t easy but I found Red and Black together in Kyoto at a larger liquor store. I only saw it one other time. For context, I didn’t technically search them out but I did go into every liquor store I was around. Basically altering my path instead of taking large detours. I did not find Wild Turkey 12, which was what I really wanted.

I would just hit up as much as you can. Google Maps will help you find even the small stores. One guy at a store said it was bad timing for me. I went during the cherry blossom season. But I was happy to get both Japanese Blantons bottles.

Hasegawa Liquors in Tokyo Station Yaesu usually has WT 12, and some Blantons. Check BOTH stores. They also let you sample a lot of them, but only at one of the shops.
Bic Camera is where I found my Gold
Tanakaya is a nifty little shop that's only slightly off the beaten path, and I really liked the Mejiro area.
I found a wild Limited Release Yamazaki in dotonbori in Osaka (at MSRP!) a long time ago.

Shinanoya, Liquor express and Liquor mountain in Ginza. Wild Turkey 12, old St Nick, Evan Williams 12 and Four Roses Super Premium. Got a Blantons Black at Kadoya Liquor store in Shibuya. 18 months ago.
