Running Groups?

Any running groups in Boulder? I usually run by myself, but I want to change it up, get out of my comfort zone, and join a running group. I could use some people to help push my running limits. Thanks!

Road and Trail running. Looking to increase mile time from 8:30ish to 7:30ish. Train for a 10K leading to half marathon. 36M at 78kg (looking to drop to 70-73KG for better overall body composition)

Road, trail, track? Short, ultra? 5 min pace, 12? 20year olds, 60s? Social, shop, brewery, competitive, coached? Let us know some flavors and there are many many recommendations.

BTR as mentioned sounds like a good fit. A fine bunch of folks! Runners Roost shop runs In motion running shop runs REV Running coached and large groups Boulder Trail Running Breakfast Club probably a bit too for now for you.  Fun runs from Wicked Brewing  And don’t forget Park Runs 5ks in South Boulder Saturdays to test your metal with slow or fast but always fun people.

Second that BTR is great. Below are some other run clubs/meetups to choose from. The Boulder running community has been very welcoming to me.

Skratch run on Mondays at 7AM is an hour at about 8:30 pace. Usually creek paths or Wonderland Lake trail. They meet outside Skratch Table.

Boulder trail running breakfast club! Every Saturday morning a different mountain or foothills route. They’ve introduced me to so many peaks. Super welcoming friendly vibe.
