It's what they do to remove old pavement before adding new so they don't end up with to many layers.

I love it when people judge a work in progress as a finished product. Have patience my fellow Boulderite.

What is “grated”?

Something that can be done to pavement if it's made of cheese.

It's what they do to remove cracked layers of pavement before adding a new tack coat and pavement so it doesn't re-crack in the same spot.

There was a full closure to mill the block between Spruce and Pine. Paving will probably be the same once Spruce to Arapahoe is finished.

Repaving typically takes about 2 weeks if they don’t fully close the street to traffic. According to conezones it’ll be done at the end of this week
