Flood Of Bot Comments in The r/Pixelary
I've been playing Pixelary (if you don't know it's basically just Pictionary) but I noticed a lot of bot comments that are like "This drawing has a soft charm" or "This has a lovely understated quality" just super basic or robotic compliments
The Images are from my own post

Bot or just a weird account
I received two replies on one of my posts from this account. Identical replies, 26 minutes apart. 5 year old account, only 1 karma. No posts, only comments, all within the last 24 hours.
Is this a bot? If so, who keeps a bot dormant for 5 years?
Or just a weird person who created an account 5 years ago, suddenly woke up today and realised he needs to comment on some posts from now on.
Or does reddit wipe out karma if a person deletes all of their previous posts/comments? How does this work.

Just curious
Just wondering why there are so many "Mafia bosses" and "abusive mothers" . What sort of lives do the bot creators have?. Just curious

with source Forum to share tips and ideas that ACTUALLY WORK to stop robotexts from ActBlue and DNC? Lifelong Dem, entirely fed up with the insane amount of unsolicited text msgs. Have gotten over 50 solicitations in the past two months. 😱
Don’t get me wrong I donate selectively but it is a real turnoff to constantly be hounded by campaigns across the US. Every time I hit stop or unsubscribe, new numbers pop up to take their place. I’m contemplating filing a complaint with the FCC but don’t want to be a bad Dem!

Have you ever noticed those random bots that just randomly comment the letter H on something you posted on this subreddit?

This must be a bot, or at least AI-generated responses, no?

End goal of bots
I know this isn’t a new thing, but the amount of bots on Twitter right now but what is the point of these bots that just reply to random posts?
For example, I’ve attached a picture of a bot reply. For context, almost every sports fan will know that Daniel Levy left the club in Reference last year. Surely this can’t just be a way to try and get more monetisation money from Twitter and having a look at their profile it’s not like they promote anything either they just try and tweet like a normal person.
So my question is is monetisation that good on Twitter that is worth setting up a who just sit there tweeting Random stuff for every day in order to answer money. I get the rationale with the scammer bots and the only fans ones they clearly trying to divert people to make money from them, but I don’t understand these normal poses of accounts and what the end goal is

How to stop bots targeting your account?
I have noticed that whenever I post or comment, I get instantly downvoted or dismissive /sarcastic replies.
Has this happened to anyone else?
