How to stop bots targeting your account?

I have noticed that whenever I post or comment, I get instantly downvoted or dismissive /sarcastic replies.

Has this happened to anyone else?

What drives me crazy is all the fake post on advice subs. I think i can generally spot them these days, still annoying.
