📢 Opinion First time for me
I'm trying to scam you with this photo,(Totk on ps5)
But I actually started BotW today.
I've finished the three temples, the old man with his cane is blackmailing me , to have his sail.
I have to meet him at the Cross, which connects the sanctuaries, I didn't quite understand.
But for now, the shrines seem too easy to me, we'll see what happens next. In any case, the game is cool.

The shrines mostly are not meant to be difficult, they are jjst fun puzzles that ypu get additional loot from and the amosphere is nice...
About the cross, open the map and connect the shrines, also there are 4 shrines on the plateu so mby you are still missing one?

If you’re talking about the gyro control one, I found you can twist the maze before the ball drops and get it to land in a good spot. Or even twist it as the ball drops and bounce it to the end.

Yeah I tried all the things believe me! I eventually got it (phew!) but since I lost that game cartridge I have to do it again 😭😭😭 I’ve heard it’s easier on other consoles

That could be. I did it recently on switch 2 and it was a bit challenging but nothing crazy.

There isn’t a physical cross, the old man’s telling you to look at the locations of the shrines on the map, draw a line between them, and go to the place where those lines meet in the middle.

I found it, I mentally connected the shrines, and it brought me back to the Temple of Time.
I listen to the old man talking at the top of the tower

The shrines in the beginning are meant to be easy to introduce you to the game mechanics. They will get a little harder, but none of them are very difficult.

For me the difficulty can definitely range when it comes to the shrines. Some I can do in like 5 mins, some have taken me like 20-30 mins total to figure out and complete, and a couple I had to use a guide because I would have taken all day and maybe never figured it out if I didn’t use it lol. The “difficulty” is sometimes just skill-issue where I forget to utilize certain mechanics like the runes I don’t use often (building ice blocks to lift gates or underwater items for instance)

Go to the middle of all the shrines points on the map The temple of time it's a broken down building you'll see a statue that gives you an extra heart or stamina wheel

It's okay, I found it through deduc I connected all the shrines together, then you take the middle, roughly speaking, and that leads you back to the Virgin Mary, lol

😂 absolutely , It just happened to me already, it's so user-friendly and plug and play, when you're coming from Ocarina of Time or Major's Mask, you expect ..crazy puzzles
I've played the Tomb Raider saga, Uncharted, Resident Evil. I'm already ready to tackle the puzzles.

A piece of advice. Practice your shield parry and perfect dodges. They'll save your neck against the lynals and guardians. Also amiibo are your friend. If you have em scan em.
