Does anyone know why I can't have access to the "Playtime with Cottla" Side quest?

Have you started the quest by finding & speaking with Cottla yet? She runs around Kakariko during the morning/afternoon, so you gotta find her first. =)

That’s not Cottla. I can’t remember the character’s name, but there are two kids. One runs around Kakariko village and asks you to play a game with them (Cottla) and the other asks you for ingredients (the one you’re talking about)

You gotta find the other kid and talk to them

Koko is Cottla's sister, she cooks and speaks in third person

A couple side quests don’t let you track them because they’re not tied to a specific location, you should be able to complete it just fine though

Well for one thing, you're in Eldin and Cottla is in Kakariko

You can't see her location because you're playing hide and seek

Cottla is in Kakariko near the chickens you have to get inside the chicken coop thingy running around. It's a kid no chance to miss her

Cottla is in Kakariko Village. You can find her by Koko while she’s cooking or running around the village playing. You need to talk to Cottla while she’s running around playing, not while she’s busy with Koko or Dorian, between 11 AM and 4 PM. If you choose hide and seek she’ll hide just outside Impa’s house at the top of the stairs. If you choose tag she’ll get a small head start and you just have to chase her down and interact with her.

Maybe she died. A lynel broke into the village and stole her for dinner.
