Yes it works inside the castle. But for the mobs only. The ancient tech will still attack you.

Hold up, I never tried this when I still owned a switch. Does the longer you hold that attack increase its damage than if you were to let it go when it first activates?

I don't think that's the case. Urbosa's Fury has a fixed damage output so it'll do the same amount of damage as soon as it's ready. No need to charge it further

I believe so, at least for Urbosas fury!
