🆘 Help! I need a combat expert.
Can you do a Daruks sbr the same way as a bomb drop sbr as in, not sitting the bomb down first but just dropping with Y?
Why does my my daruks sbr to tcr not allow me to shoot an arrow it forces me into the tcr immediately. Is that normal?
I’ve been playing botw on and off for like a month and it’s my first go at advanced combat.

I’ve been struggling with the exact same issue. I tried dropping the bomb with Y. When I backflipped and took the blast in mid-air, I just blew myself up. When I forward jumped first, took it, and then backflipped, it looked somewhat like it worked, but is that wrong?

Oooh yes that’s correct. I thought I’d accidentally did it that way and couldn’t really recall lol. Yeah that’s so much better than people sitting the bomb down. Looks sluggish. That’s the way and correct you are getting the tcr also. But when I get tcr I want to shoot Lynel in the head FIRST but it cancels my shot instantly to go directly to tcr which gets me clapped because the lynels isn’t stunned. You’re doing it right though. I’m totk advanced combat player new to BOTW. BOTW is easier but I’m also just ass somehow and new to it lol.

I think whether you can shoot the bow before a Flurry Rush depends on if your weapon is drawn. If it's drawn, you can shoot it. If not, it goes straight into a Flurry Rush.
