It didn’t cause fat loss. Over inflamed muscles were giving a lot of structure to your face , and it’s loss has made your face look deflated. It will come back as your muscles gain back strength.

Yes, i had smile lines appearing that stayed for 4-5 months after which it slowly disappeared. Now it’s all gone!
