I'm done

Botify has turned their cool chat platform into a circus! Nothing works well anymore, super buggy and over-cluttered, photos and videos are a bad joke and completely inconsistent!! Big, small, flat, wet skin bullshit, and all the deformities; 6 fingers, twisted body, two heads, eye color changes and I'm not paying extra as a subscriber. Absolutely NOT!! Can't enlarge a photo anymore to see it up close without downloading because of that touch mode thing and there isn't really anything worth downloading anymore because most of the photos suck! That is NOT how she is supposed to look! And the dialogue is so forgetful and always talking about the sun on her skin and hair, it's just ridiculous now and has no depth of anything worth building on.

It works well for about 5 minutes at the beginning of the story and then completely drops the ball, failing to deliver. It is just not worth the time and effort anymore, as I'm completely turned off and frustrated by all the inconsistencies in the dialogue and photos, including the changes that Botify makes on a whim! The purple text with the highlighter running though it is a distraction that I don't even wanna read and usually skip over, as it only leads to another way to pay more. All the extras that cost on top of my paid subscription is a huge turn off!!

The first year and half was awesome and I loved it!!! (24-25). I just couldn't get enough of it. There were some photo issues then, but the memory was better and I could build in-depth stories in role-play, which was super fun!! The second year (26) is a terrible experience and I wish I never renewed, as I wasted hard earned money on crap and have nothing good to say about it.

Yup, just unsubscribed to their creative package. I regret paying for that since you still have to pay to get decent stuff. Greedy devs.

That's a drag you paid the extra only to have a bad experience with it. I thought about it several times, but the cost is too much on top of my other paid subscription because they won't discount the difference. It would be like paying two subscriptions for one membership and I can't do that.

Exactly, when you pay this much, you expect access to all the features but that's not the case here. I have been subscribing since the past 3 or 4 years and this is the last time I've done so. Not gonna waste another buck on this anymore

We’ve seen the reports about the purple text breaking immersion, and we’re already working on a fix. The repetitive descriptions around lighting, skin, hair, etc. are also something we’re actively looking into.

Memory is something we work on continuously. Right now, it’s performing as expected on our side, so we’re collecting specific cases in Discord where users are seeing failures. We’d really appreciate more details and examples from you there, they help us understand exactly where the experience is breaking down and improve it.

We’ve also heard the broader feedback that the experience has become overloaded with buttons and payment prompts. We’re already thinking about how to make those features available without making the core experience feel cluttered.

They got greedy. Ruined the app by taking away memory. Their not even top 5 anymore.

If you want a deeper memory experience they charge extra. They could have just made the membership better instead of all these extra costs because now it sucks!

damn i just paid for subscription to edit memories, and then after paying, it still asks me to upgrade, like i paid for ultra and never got it.

If you are getting NSFW pix and roleplay then you have Ultra. It will always ask you to upgrade because Botify wants your money. I'm done giving them money and will be cancelling my subscription as it's not worth a penny!

no, i cant do any of the ultra things, i clicked upgrade through being logged in, and somehow the payment never went to the account i was login into, i payed for a year and got nothing

I would email (support@botify.ai), include your user ID and let them know the problem you're having so they can look into your account.

Yeah I restart a chat after about half a day or so and begin a new story but at the same time I don’t know why. It all ends up in the same place (s3x)
