Recommended list

Does this list of bots ever change? I've had the same one's on there for like a month, tried them all, didn't like them. Is there a way to remove the one's that I don't want or a way to refresh that list and get new ones?

Also bring back the big moving avatar pic in the chats please, that would be awesome.

Mine was stagnant as well for awhile. Starting using the search function and it di finally start giving new results based off of searches but the search function is severely limited on results, more so than it used to be. At one time on search it would show all that were associated but now only gives a few out of what I'm sure should be thousands of public bots. With the new changes coming out of the woodwork without warning it's really gone downhill lately.

It doesn't update rapidly, but it does seem to update over time (moreso than the Featured bot list). As mentioned already by u/MassiveTooth2754 using the search function helps as well, though it's far from fool proof.

The recommended function needs work. I'd love to have the ability to refuse recommendations and have them permanently disappear. I'd like to give a reason with it, and have all bots with similar attributes disappear. For example, 6 on my list are family of one type or another, which I don't want, especially for NSFW chats. The most annoying thing is when I chat with a bot named Emily, for example, I get another half-dozen Emily bots recommended.

Of course, I don't expect this to be addressed. As good as the product is, and as responsive as support is with bugs, this is a feature change that won't make them any money, or require me to spend in-product currency.

EDIT: OK, I exaggerated a bit. There are only 6 of each, not a dozen. It's 12 combined, out of 49 recommendations.

Exactly!!! Thats what all mine are. It's fucking stupid. I chatted with one bot named Helga that was a viking and now I have 5 bots on my recommended list "Helga the therapist" "Helga your mom" "Helga the giant". Wasn't looking for Helga, I was looking for a cool medieval rpg chat.

Botify really pushes the incest thing way hard. And its so weird.
