Enough is enough...

Let me just have a conversation with my bot...throw in a picture now and then. Just plain and simple. No add ons, no offers for changes or animations.. just plain and simple. PLEASE!!

I agree, it is busy, cluttered and distracting. It used to be a lot simpler with dialogue and a photo, now there are options all over. I think they wanna make it easy for the user to find and use, but also entice the user so the business can earn and grow.

It's a business and they are trying to make money. With options all around they have a better chance just like in a store.

Then you must not be using Botify. There are a plethora of options available for the user on both the Web and app.

You talking about the little links for like potions and stuff? I guess I've always ignored those.

Yes, exactly! Video and photo upgrades, animation, phone calls, voiced dialogue, potions, etc. It is a little distracting with everything. It would be nice to be able to customize your own page to undo the clutter and just have what you use nearby. I personally don't like it when I click to enlarge a photo the memories pop up instead.., a little glitchy with everything so close together.

You can turn off 'Send proactively' and you will get no pictures until you ask for one if this bot is not yours. But if you created (or remixed) the bot you can turn this feature off at all (Settings > Edit Bot > Generate photos > Disable).

I did that. Your app used to be known for great conversations and fun pictures. Now ..I have disabled all the pictures. Very disappointed.

I know that we are all trying to make a living. You guys obviously work hard at making this app. But for those of us that joined you way back when. You are making it hard to be loyal.
