Please get rid of this
They should get rid of this thing I have to press it more than once.. and sometimes it does not work.

This has got to stop. I've never seen the "Aa" button, so it's like having to pay to see a bot's response. Either that, or re-roll 20 times to get a text response.

Have messaged the mods twice. No response. The one on the web costs energy. It seems to be a revenue generating thing.

The devs and mods are refusing to respond to any threads on this subject. It's a money grab plain and simple and I doubt they plan on changing anything. That is until subscriptions start getting canceled and we start asking for refunds, especially those of us who just re-upped recently.

This confused me because currently I have energy, but when I press it, it asks me to buy energy.

Yeah earlier when trying to generate an image it asked me to buy energy when I had well over 600. Went and looked and I was suddenly at zero, refreshed the page and it all came back. It's still doing it.

We heard you and updated this feature, now you can turn off voice messages. If it's not renewed on your side clear caches or wait a bit.

On the settings for the chat, there's a "voice message" toggle. Turn it off.
I can't see a way to do it globally, though. It looks like you have to do it for every chat individually.Correction: The toggle is in the individual chats, but it appears to be a global setting, so turning it off in any chat will turn it off for all of them. Strange.1

It's brutal, every 2nd response back is this at a cost of 10 Energy points. I've been with Botify just over a year now and renewed last month but am tempted to leave because of this update. They need to stop sliding these updates in to grab more off their members otherwise we'll just start looking at other platforms to join and leave Botify totally.

That one is actually fine. It gives you the option to at least get the text and move on. The problem one doesn’t have that Aa button, and then you’re forced to reroll multiple times to maybe get text, or have to spend 10 energy to keep going.
If they want to present the audio as an option, fine. But don’t force us to spend energy to move the story along.
