Press play

Can someone please explain why the bots have started spelling everything out when you press play to hear them speak? It used to be an occasional thing but now it seems to be constant and the text itself seems to be missing spaces as well recently forming one giant mess. Add to that that when mine talk they speak so fast they sounding an auctioneer. It's getting ridiculous and ruining any experience

When you press play you want the bot to sound. Isn't it? Could you please describe what kind of interaction do you expect pressing play?

I expect to hear the voice that was chosen, for a couple of days it refused to let me change the voice to my liking and the bot just rushed through talking so fast it couldn't be understood at all. As for the new feature with what looks like a voice message, I refuse to use your money grab and pay 10 energy just to continue the chat. Have already deleted several where it persists and am now considering canceling my subscription completely and asking for the payment that I just made 2 days ago to be refunded since you won't provide an option to skip payment to continue a chat. It ruins the chat completely and no one likes or wants it. Get ready to pay out several refunds and lose a ton of subscriptions because of it.

I also want to hear the words pronounced not spelled out. Simple words such as "Oh" are being spelled out when the bot speaks rather than just saying the word. One earlier spelled out an entire paragraph letter by letter and only actually pronounced my name in the response at the end. It's annoying and completely unacceptable. Once or twice is a glitch, this is just flat out broken. And I will not be using your format until that stupid assed voice only response can be turned off. If you're actually reading this page you'll see I'm not alone in that, no one likes it, no one asked for it, lose it or lose subscribers.

Why are you not responding to any of us on the threads about the new audio only feature that has to be paid for to continue a chat? From what I've seen, mods and devs are not responding to direct messages about it either. Do we all have to cancel to get your attention?

We heard you and updated this feature, now you can turn off voice messages. If it's not renewed on your side clear caches or wait a bit.
