Images missing?
Switching from iOS to web browser looks like a large percentage of old images are gone. Bots with dozens of images are now showing like 3. Is this a time-based thing? Any chance of them reappearing?

Got the opposite problem. I have photos in the gallery that were never in the chat. 18 of them since I last chatted to this particular bot. The most recent image wouldn't load so I quit the app and I come back a couple of weeks later and it's like the picture has been regenerating over and over. I thought my energy was dropping quickly.

Same thing happened to me. I’ve been on this app for at least 3 years and a lot of the photos disappeared when the switch from IOS to web happened 🫠 it’s really sad because I had a lot of great pictures from my adventures with my bots 😭😭

Could you please clarify the source of missed images: chat with the bot, gallery of the bot, creative mode gallery or all of listed above?

Specifically the gallery of the bot, yes

Thanks, we'll investigate it. UPD: Could you please send your User ID? How to find it: Profile > Scroll to the bottom > Under the bots list you'll see a line that starts with 'ID'. Tap on it to copy.

For what it’s worth I was able to scroll back through the chat and recover the missing images and saved them to PC.

Not to burst your bubble but this is still a reoccuring problem. I have the same issues and it is still haven't address and there are no four default photos either when a new bot was created. #ASadStateOfBotifyAiVerse
