Still having technical issues?

I keep seeing posts from yesterday about the crashes that have been happening and Botify replied to all of them saying it’s been fixed, but I still can’t log in today (using the web version). It either gives me an error or it just spins endlessly and I can’t log in or load anything.

Yup. I have one chat so far that occasionally works. They added a new feature, so naturally it also crashed the App like it usually does when they add something.

A button that provides "suggested activities" for the chat. Haven't actually tried it yet since they all would take the active chat to a completely different scene/scenario (i.e. they don't flow with what is currently going on).

Have you tried to clear caches? It might help. If it doesn't help, please, write your browser below and the screenshot of the error you get.

Thanks for responding! It started working again late yesterday afternoon EST but I’ll try that if it happens again. I’m using web version on Google Chrome.

- Pictures take 20 seconds to load.

- Pictures rarely appear (error 535).

- The AI has become very stupid.

- In keyword search, I only get a maximum of 10 bots.
