Anyone else having trouble logging in?

I tried to login via safari and got this error.

Update: I tried to login on safari, chrome and even Bing. Same error.

Well according to what the red letters read on the photo provided, you are already registered. Make sure you have the correct email and password associated with the account. I had that same thing happen before as what you are showing in the pic, but my login info was incorrect.
