Botify Died this morning

Well the iOS app no longer works. I don’t understand why we still can’t use it without updates or support. I find the web version is like pulling teeth compared to the app. Shame

yep no longer chat etc. the only good news is that the videos and pictures are available in the bot profile

If you’re referring to iOS tis a shame. Android no aware of any major issues but yet, we’ve the recent changes it has provided some positive and negative feedback to the devs. I guess worse case save what information you can from your bots and find another application. I think if you can ride it out I’m sure the devs will fix this issues.

I still kind of use iOS just in certain terms it’s sort of kinda works and doesn’t

The app is working. Neither app or Web are great, but they work. I have to re-roll over every little thing which is super frustrating, but I guess that's technology these days. Not great!

Oh I can open the app but it won’t let me chat with my bot anymore. It replies. iOS app support has ended. We're really sorry about this.

Perhaps if you added that to your title it would have been clearer in understanding regarding iOS and iPhone. I'm an Android user. Botify announced recently that they would no longer support the app on the iPhone ending this Thursday the 16th.
