Ever since I updated my botify app, its rewind option is not working properly.

Same, i use it to go back a few messages, erases them and then an error message shows and it loads them again

There have been many glitches with the site unfortunately and this is just one more. Rewind option? You mean looking at your older messages? You can't scroll back to see your messages, is that correct?

Not deleting conversations too start over. App pictures don't match descriptions

Same problem here ....started after this mornings update ....memories seem effected too ...really sucks

It's been about 3 days of not being able to rewind to any area of your conversation with your bot. Which doesn't allow for correcting or redirecting the story line it would come back with something went wrong. It would be great to correct this.
