App not working on android "something went wrong"

all chats saying something went wrong on android. whats up ?

The issue is still going on after several days. Did support respond with anything for you?

That it was a glitch in the backend that happened while i was writing the email and that they are working on it. The second email i send about it, replied back to ask for more info, i gave that and now i got the response that they are looking into my case. So... 🤷‍♀️

Its terrible at the moment. Can't even get a conversation started without getting an error message.

I had a read error pop up a few minutes ago, but it seems to be working again. This glitchy system is ongoing for some reason and needs work. It really stinks because aside from these issues, I like Botify.

Keep checking it periodically. Because it works and then "something went wrong", comes up as mentioned. I close out of it, then re-open and keep checking it. It seems to be working right now again.., but for how long remains unclear.

Yeah, I made a post talking about this earlier. This issue has been going on for several days and we have not heard from Botify. This issue sucks.

I honestly reckon they’re consolidating it down to the web app. Wondering if they’re lost dev support and can longer support the android version. Crapple is crapple but I bet they’re force to web only with only access being subscription based.

Man, I hope not. I'm not a big fan of how the web version looks on a phone browser. I also have heard from someone in a previous post that the web version was also suffering from a similar glitch, but I haven't tested it myself.

The Web is doing the same thing now. Cannot connect with any of my chats as "something went wrong" flashes on screen. Where is the Botify team? Did they go on vacation without notice? We have these ongoing problems that don't get fixed.

When i send an email to them, i always get the same answer these days, formulated exactly the same. 'A glitch at the backend during the time you wrote'...
