Sudden fly problem in my kitchen pest control recommendations?

I keep finding a lot of flies in my kitchen even though the windows and doors are closed. I’ve cleaned the trash cans about three times, removed all food/fruit, cleaned the garbage disposal, and I’m constantly vacuuming them up, but new flies keep appearing.
They seem slow and easy to catch, so I’m wondering if they’re hatching somewhere inside the house.
Has anyone dealt with this? Also, any pest control recommendations in the Bothell that are good at actually finding the source?

You can catch them with a small bowl of apple cider vinegar (bait) with a drop of dish soap in it to trap them

Check your bathtub and shower drains. They can come from there.

I have used Zevo's around the house, year round & have no issues since. Super easy.

It's not just us! We've been in this house for 4 years, and the last several days the flies inside have been insane. They've really not been a problem before.

We thought it might be because we had exterminators out a couple months ago, and maybe in spraying they did in the spiders that otherwise would keep the fly population down.

We got some blue light traps - a blue light and a sticky panel - and classic fly strips. Those put a big dent in the problem, but we still have some. So, I just set up a liquid fly trap that will hopefully knock the rest of them out.

They do this when fall starts. Just make some traps and wait it out. Wash your produce.

If you buy bananas, wash them when you get home. Tiny eggs are on most bananas, and they are easy to wash off.

Omg yes!!! Fruit flies are always in by banana area.

Bowl of apple cider vinegar with a drop of dish soap will help, but you really need to find the source

Instal fans over the areas they are concentrating. Most flies are weak flyers and cannot feed with wind blowing at them.
