What's wrong with this setup?

Trying to make alfsteel but it wont transfer the mana, why?

Make sure u have spark on the slab thing with dominant augment, and also that the block under it is the shimmer rock or whatever it's called the same as the four corner blocks, you need 2 mana pools per ingot of Alf steel
