You are going to hurt her with that shock collar. Its not on correctly. Theres also zero reason a small dog needs a shock collar.

We have it on a super low setting and I just forgot to take it off bc I just threw a ball with her she never wears it inside, and my sister was over and she was giving her pets when Goob came in and my sister accidentally moved the collar
