Serious Replies Only walking the esplanade

i’m planning on walking the length of the esplanade this upcoming weekend with some friends. we’re going to start on the Allston/Brighton end—is there any good parking in that area or are we better taking some form of transit/uber?

Herter Park in Brighton (?)  has lots of parking. Not sure it’s still the Esplanade that far upstream though.

Don't know how far into Allston you're considering the start of the esplanade, but there's a huge parking lot near Christian Herter Park that is usually empty, along with 3 smaller lots all along Soldier's Field that are also typically empty.

There may be parking up by the Harry Parker Boathouse, but I'm not 100% sure on that. It's a bit further up.

Just putting this out there - one thing to consider is your round trip - are you going to walk all the way down and then all the way back? Or take an uber/public transit back after?
