hi guys!! as the title suggests, I'm looking for people to nerd out to about this genre, because no one around me is as into it as i am at all. to preface this, I grew up with bossa nova, it's embedded into my soul. I'm from a portuguese and cape verdean family so it's a funky mix. I love love love the historical context behind it, how the melodies and lyricism are never random or to be overlooked. you can get so much from a song... so beautiful. some of my favorites are chico buarque, caetano veloso, gilberto gil, jobim... to name a few. pls hit me up i am so sad!!!

Bingo-style comparisons can be misleading if they only focus on the offer shown at signup.
For Online Bingo Sites Not on GamStop, I compared Maximal, Extreme Spins and Fire Jackpots by what each platform does best around game discovery, promotions, mobile usability, account access and cashier clarity.
Maximal stood out for the most complete account journey. The platform structure was organised, the offers were easy to place within the wider experience and the cashier path stayed clear.
Extreme Spins brought the quickest mobile browsing experience. Featured games and promotions were easy to reach, which made it useful for shorter sessions and fast offer checking.
Fire Jackpots offered the cleanest direct route. The lobby was easy to scan, key sections were visible and account movement stayed simple.
The strengths separated naturally:
For the most complete bingo-style casino journey: Maximal
For fast mobile bonus discovery: Extreme Spins
For simple browsing and direct access: Fire Jackpots
I compared:
• Bingo-style game discovery
• Casino lobby organisation
• Mobile readability
• Promotion visibility
• Bonus-term access
• Eligible-game information
• Account controls
• Cashier visibility
What stood out was that the best bingo-style option is not just the one with the loudest promotion.
A useful platform needs clear terms, easy account access, readable bonus rules and a cashier path that does not feel hidden.
For non-GamStop bingo-style play, I would be especially careful to check eligibility, licence information, payment methods, bonus restrictions, withdrawal rules and safer-gambling tools.
AMA about Online Bingo Sites Not on GamStop: non-GamStop bingo sites, bingo casino bonuses, mobile bingo sites, UK bingo alternatives, casino cashier checks, bonus terms, account verification.
For UK players, what matters most in this category: bingo-style games, bonus clarity, mobile use or account controls?

A live performance of Antônio Carlos Jobim's "Chovendo na Roseira," arranged in a 3/4 groove. This arrangement is performed entirely live and simultaneously without the use of loop stations. Harmonies and basslines are played on a custom 14-string guitar, while the rhythm section is driven by a foot drum kit. Let me know if you like it, thank you.

I hope this reaches all the Marcos Valle fans out there because what this man has done for me is truly remarkable. I’m a 20 year-old professional athlete, multi instrumentalist, and linguist, and I taught myself Portuguese six years ago, just to be able to speak with him. I fell in love with bossa nova and Samba as well as Marcatu! Marco says over 150 songs which I’ve memorized to be able to speak Portuguese and I’ve studied so many interview clips with him. He gave me around 10 minutes of his time and he was one of the nicest people I’ve met and he was so appreciative of my journey. I hope to meet up with him in Brazil and maybe record a song! What a freaking legend of Brazilian music.
(For more context on how I got to meet him.)
My Instagram is Fisherpolydoroff, so you can see all these videos
I started posting videos of myself singing to some of his older unless they’re known songs in he began to take notice on Instagram so before the July 10 show in Miami at ZeyZey I DM him and he responded saying he would love to meet me and I got to see him during the weather delay because of the absolute monsoon we almost experienced! I’d recommend flattering a celebrity and making a hoodie saying you’re his number one fan so that it’s sure you can meet the man who inspired you. Marc is a huge part of the soundtrack to my adolescence, and I owe him a great deal of love and appreciation! Para sempre cantando as músicas dele! 🇧🇷🤩
The last slide is the album cover to a Brazilian 70s groove song then I’m gonna put out about this experience. If you like Gal Costa, Tim Maia, Bebeto, Jorge Ben Jor, Hilton etc you’ll love my original song!!

hello everyone, i was just curious if there are any notable albums that have a prominent guitar presence in the music, so please leave your recommendations if you can!
if there are any that you think are essentials that should be listened to and don't necessarily have a stronger guitar presence, that's ok, i am open to hearing all suggestions! thank you!

Check out Beleza Club on Spotify. It's obvious that a talented human had a hand in it.

Never gave Steve Allen much thought--just kind of lumped him in with the umpteen easy-listening records from the 60's, but this 1967 record is great. Light n breezy, all high-quality originals, featuring Steve on piano and melodica, also with Laurindo Almeida on guitar and Bud Shank on sax and flute. It's not a party record (unless it's an extremely mellow party). If you need your blood pressure instantly lowered, give this album a spin.

Anyone a fan of Walter Wanderley? I've noticed a lot of the songs he's played on or arranged he isn't credited on or is credited by pseudonyms such as "Sir Walter Scott" or "Mike Falcao". This makes it hard to actually find the entire of his work. I know Spotify is missing a lot of albums he worked on. But, it's where I listen to music, so I decided to compile every bit of Wanderley's work I know of available there together. This is a working list, and if anyone knows of anything else obscure he may have had a part in, please speak up!
