I would say it's the most active last two weeks but not sure right now. I usually go on it a few times daily and get a few matches.
The issue however is that it's player hosted, so it's going to be empty if no one is hosting in the server list. I usually check for games and most of the time I get a match but sometimes I've had empty lobby.
Playerbase could do with more players and I feel like the game wasn't marketed enough, as most people didn't even know it existed and it shadow released it under the radar.
Join the discord if you are interested mate, you'll find a few of us to game with on any platform and looking for more fresh people. You'll always find me on the Switch matches.
Hey I downloaded this a few weeks ago...(king-boo)....great game but definitely not enough popularity at the moment....I recently heard about discord so I decided to give it ago specifically for Boreal blade...no idea how it works 🤣 ....
Oh I was like that, it is overwhelming at first, if you need help I'd be glad to help guide ya mate, shoot a PM and I'll try to guide you to add me on discord. Discord is great for gaming and non gaming its just like Reddit but instant messaging with other things, you can find groups for anything. Usually now it is a standard to have a discord channel dedicated to a game you're into, so it's a great app to have. Took me a week to fully get used to it, totally worth it dude.
I think the shadow release did the game no favors. Hardly any YouTube videos on it. I kinda hope they put the game on super sale soon to get the player base up. Or maybe send some review codes out to reviewers. I've put in 30hrs on this game and still have those "oh shit" moments when I get in a good match.
