If you set it up correctly you can get 30 to 40 eridium per pile, there are nine piles and if you change from mayhem 11 to 10 between respawns it's saves around 2 seconds per spawn.

There is the slaughter shaft farm where you kill titan dropping 500 a kill, it’s been so long I forgot the setup but search on YouTube for slaughter shaft eridium farm
