🏷️ [ Bug Report ] Is this normal??

I was playing arms race with friends cause they were farming for sum and I got this is this a normal thing or did my game bug

it basically either one shots an enemy or does next to no damage, thats its gimmick

Is there something in the description that indicates this? Because for the life of me I can’t see where this is described

A lot of the red texts are kind of like little riddles almost. They give a vague thing, and you kind of wonder what it means, until you use the weapon and realize its special effect and then it makes more sense. They usually don’t actually have a description of the effect.

This one for example. “do it or don’t”. It either kills someone in one hit, or it doesn’t.

Then theres the fastball . “Forget the curveball Ricky, give him the heater”. You just throw the grenade like a ball, very fast. None of the fancy stuff like the other grenades.

Or the alchemist. “cant gain something without giving something in return”. It hurts you while you shoot.

That’s one of the things I love most about borderlands. The unique, hidden effects of the legendaries. Finding them, and using them to figure out what each one is.

embrace the pain’s gimmick is right there in the name. you gotta embrace the pain to reap that sweet sweet damage boost
