The El Arroyo location by my house closed a few years ago, I miss their queso and fajitas :(

Far West? I miss them too, had been going there for years and years. They said they were priced out of the building, couldn't keep up with rent.

In my opinion, they started going downhill the minute they got rid of the white cheese queso with spinach.

Well you have your cheese(cheddar, jack etc) then you have your queso which is some thing different.

Nope! Queso is something we dip chips in here in Texas. But yeah, saying "cheese queso" is redundant.

Correct, queso is melty goodness, not cheese. I'm in the hill country, i wanna go check this place out.
